Plot
After the milkman gave two bottles of milk, Tom excitedly picked up a bottle and poured it out for a drink, but was greeted by Jerry, who also wanted milk. Tom tried three times to lock Jerry in a room to keep him away from the milk, but each time, Jerry managed to continue sipping milk. Tom then planned how to get rid of Jerry so he could drink milk calmly. Tom mixes chemicals such as moths, acids, ammonia, and toxins into milk to make a deadly beverage and stirring it with a spoon until it melts in the formula. After the fly took a sip from the bowl and immediately fell dead, Tom, happy, placing the bowl outside Jerry's hole, sure he would fall for his new trick. Jerry seems to be dead like a fly, but his poison is revealed as a panacea, and instead of killing him, Jerry becomes very muscular and starts forward to a nervous Tom.
Trying to stop his progress, Tom picked up a phone book and destroyed it in Jerry, but failed to even scare him; Jerry just tore the book and released it without slowing down. Grabbing the fireplace heap, Tom is pounding the mouse but all he does is leave four muscle-shaped dents in poker. Calling for a full retreat, he tried to lock himself in the living room, but the door smashed around him as Jerry just walked inside. Tom then seals himself in the safe on the wall, but Jerry easily pushes it up and pulls it out. As Jerry starts hitting Tom against the safe, however, the effect of the elixir fades and Jerry returns to its normal size. Jerry then swiftly ran toward the milk bowl, and managed to drink a few more potions before Tom caught him. Jerry, with his reactivated power, grabs Tom with a mustache and begins to beat him mercilessly. However, because of drinking small amounts, the elixir fades very quickly. Before Jerry could drink it substantially for the third time, Tom quickly turned all the milk from the bowl and chased Jerry in the kitchen. Jerry managed to put Tom's tail into the waffle iron and escape to the refrigerator.
When Tom searched the fridge for Jerry, Jerry locked Tom inside the fridge and tried to recreate the potion before Tom could open the way out of the refrigerator. Tom then steals an elixir from Jerry before Jerry can drink it and hold Jerry next to him as he drinks it. Tom grew bigger and bigger, but it turns out Jerry had mistakenly made elixir and the opposite effect happened to Tom as he shrank to a smaller size than Jerry. Pleased with his now superior strength over Tom, Jerry grabbed Tom's tail before punching his face, which made Tom shrink a little more. Then Jerry flicked Tom's tail, which caused him to shrink further. With Tom now the size of an ant, he runs away when Jerry starts chasing him with a fly swatter as the cartoon closes.
