A strong man is the one who competes in athletic sports. In the 19th century, the term strong man refers to a power participant or a similar circus performer who demonstrates strength. When power sports are codified into their own categories such as weightlifting, powerlifting, etc., Strongman becomes a self-defined category in the sport of strength.

Description
In the past, a strong man would have to do various strengths such as a humped press (not to be confused with a bench press, which did not exist at the time), supporting a large amount of weight held over on a long arm, steel bending, breaking chains, A large number of wrist, hand, and tendon strengths are required for this achievement, as well as extraordinary oblique powers.
At the end of the twentieth century the term strong man evolved to describe someone competing in athletic sports - a more modern eclectic power competition in which competitors display their raw functional power through exercises such as lifting stones, adding refrigerators, pulling trains, crashing into an eighteen-wheeler truck behind them, and so on. The most famous competitions of this type are the World's Strongman, Arnold Strongman Classic, Strongman Champions League, and the Giants Live tour, but many countries hold national level competitions.
In recent years, grass-roots interest in sport has skyrocketed, leading to the spontaneous formation of local clubs, loosely affiliated with provincial/state and national associations.
Many sports-specific training facilities have begun to incorporate movements associated with stronger people's competitions into their general training schemes, even with lighter weights used, such as tire flips, sleigh drags, loading or hauling objects, timber suppliers, farmer roads, and etc.

Training
Training for strong people involves building overall strength in the gym and training with a competition tool to gain familiarity. In the gym, you need to train the whole body for strength, especially with variants squat, deadlift, and overhead press. Also important is the explosive force, developed by weight lifting lifts, and cardiovascular conditioning. The strength of the grip should also be developed.
While you can do general strength exercises, in a typical gym, training with a stronger people regimen requires equipment not normally found in the gym. Some of the equipment used in strong man competition must be found custom-made or in a strong gym. These equipments include Atlas Stone, Log (Log Press), Farmer Walking Bar, Yoke (Yoke Walk), Tong (Tong Toss), vehicles.
Another part of strong man training is his intense dietary regime. Top athletes in strong people should swallow more than 10,000 calories per day.
Events
Although strong competitor events are constantly changing, there are a number of staples that often appear on the international stage, including:
Incorrect use
Strong people are often incorrectly used to describe someone who does weightlifting or bodybuilding. Due to the circus and entertainment background, the nineteenth century bodybuilders are expected to mingle with the crowd during the break and do power like ripping cards, bending nails, etc. to show strength as well as symmetry and size. Also, many powerful people sell photos of themselves naked or almost nude, stretching and posing. (though what they perceive as a male beauty symbol is distinct from modern ideals - especially the very low emphasis on the size of the chest, and the great emphasis on the incline, and the symmetry as evidenced by Eugen Sandow's photo.)
