Sean Hardy Faris (born March 25, 1982) is an American actor, model and producer. She is known for her roles as Jake Tyler in Never Back Down Kyo Kusanagi on The King of Fighters and Rick Penning on Forever Strong.

Faris was born on March 25, 1982, in Houston, Texas, son of Katherine and Warren Stephen Faris. His family is a working class and lives in a small house in Houston; he moved to Ohio at the age of 12, where he attended Barbizon Modeling and Acting School in Cleveland. In 1999, Faris competed in the International Model and Talent Association. After graduating with honors from Padua Franciscan High School in 2000, he moved to Los Angeles, California, to pursue his acting career.
