US The Pro Service Post Cycling Team is a professional road cycling team based in the United States. On 15 June 2004, Discovery Channel signed an agreement to sponsor the team for the 2004-2007 season and renamed it to Discovery Channel Pro Cycling Team ( UCI team code: DSC ) From 2005 to 2007, this team is one of 20 teams competing in the new UCI ProTour. The report contains a written statement of eleven riders on the team including Frankie Andreu, Tyler Hamilton, George Hincapie, Floyd Landis, Levi Leipheimer, and others, describing their own use of erythropoietin (EPO), blood transfusions, testosterone, and other illicit practices Tour de France and other races. In February 2013, the US government joined the Landis Demand Lawsuit Agreement against Armstrong, alleging that Armstrong had tricked the US Postal Service sponsorship fund by breaking cycling rules by using performance-enhancing drugs while boarding the team.
